How can I receive a free catalog?
Now you may download our latest catalog or you may request a free catalog by calling Eastern Golf toll free at 1-800-482-7200 or by completing our catalog request form and we will send you a catalog via UPS or USPS.

How long does it take to receive a catalog?
Once we receive your request for a free catalog we process the request and send the catalog to you the next business day. Our catalogs are normally sent via US postal mail, however if you prefer us to send it to you overnight, we will bill you for the shipping costs and send the catalog UPS next day air.

How can I place an order with Eastern Golf?
Currently we accept order in three ways.
1. Phone orders - You may call Eastern Golf at 1-800-482-7200 and place an order with one of our experienced customer service personnel. (Please have your catalog available for faster order processing).
2. Email orders - You may send us an email at easterngolf@easterngolf.com with your order. Please include item number, quantity etc. Usually one of our customer service personnel will contact you to verify the order and to arrange payment terms.
3. Fax orders - Complete an Eastern Golf order form and fax to our corporate office at 570-689-0562 and we will process your order upon receipt. Our order form is conveniently located in the center of our catalog.

What shipping methods does Eastern Golf use?
We have a UPS and a Fedex truck pick-up daily from our warehouse as well as daily shipments via US postal service. We also utilize ocean freight and air freight for our international customers.

How can I open a business account/credit line with Eastern Golf?
Just pick up the phone and call us at 1-800-482-7200. We will send you a credit application and upon approval, we will set up an open account for you.

Does Eastern Golf accept credit cards?
Yes! Eastern Golf accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

What methods of payment does Eastern accept?

Eastern Golf has several methods of receiving payment on accounts such as; credit cards
(Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Discover) Direct credit card charges (via fax), wire transfers bank to bank for our international customers and financing and leasing packages available on orders from $5,000.00 and up.

About how long will take to fill an order?
With over 2000 items available, most orders are filled within 1-5 five days depending on the backlog of orders to be processed. Custom orders may take longer. Please call us at (800)482-7200 for a time frame on your order.
