Design Services
Eastern Golf has on staff design engineers and architects to help
our customers with the ultimate dream layout based on topo or elevation
plan. The layout and design work includes all parameters that the
customer would like to see on his property projected out over a 5
to 10 year plan including miniature golf, go-cart, arcades, paintball,
bumper boats, baseball batting operations, family fun center, driving
ranges, (both single and multiple decks), indoor teaching centers,
golf course and more.
We require a property layout/ plan showing topography and elevation
along with any wetland delineation study that has been done to determine
if any wetlands are present. Eastern Golf's engineering staff will
design a projected layout that the customer would be able to present
to their zoning board, town supervisors or commissioners for zoning
approval.

Eastern Golf wood pre-fab courses start at $11,995.00 for 10 holes.
Complete with obstacles, carpeting, putters, balls, scorecards,
pencils and more. $21,995.00 plus for a complete 19 hole deluxe
wooden golf course. Great for camps, resorts, RV parks. Call for

Micro Golf Pre-Fab Concrete Miniature Golf Courses
These Micro golf concrete pre-fab course ready to assemble straight
out of the factory with contours, swales and more hazards already
built in. Made to last like a regulation poured miniature golf
course, but without the hassleof forms, pouring concrete, finishing
and the long completion time needed time to finish poured course.
E-Z to set up and assemble. (3-7 Days). Ask about our special packages,
which start at $31,000.00 for 9 holes including all brickwork,
carpeting, not including installation or freight. We supervise
all assembly to the brick and carpet installation.
Custom Poured in Place Concrete Miniature Golf Courses
Eastern Golf's poured in place concrete miniature golf courses are
designed and built from the ground up and include the finest in
materials and design work including waterfalls, caves, volcanoes,
islands, bridges, streams and much much more. Our custom courses
start from $150,000.00 and up and include theme concepts such as,
pirates, dinosaurs, nautical, space and one of our favorites, the
jungle theme, which starts at $450,000.00 and includes thatched
huts, palm trees, water falls, lagoons with fiberglass jungle animals:
elephants, tigers, lions, sound systems and sensors with voice
activated sound speakers, lights and much more. Please note the
cost of land; permits, etc. are not included in the above prices.

Eastern Golf has on staff a full design/architectural department
that will design any type of Driving Range layout on your property
at minimal cost. Providing a top down view of not only the driving
range facility, but all future project facilities, including: road
entry, parking areas, buildings and attractions: miniature golf,
restaurant, bumper boats, go-karts, water parks, water slides, baseball
(enclosed and field style), family fun centers, golf courses and
more.
We design multi-decked and single deck driving ranges. Our ranges
are designed to protect your players from the elements and provide
